Prices
All prices are in SEK and include VAT (25%). Fee for shipping is free. Before you approve your order, the total amount will be clearly shown at checkout . We reserve the right to any inaccuracies that may be found in both text and price. Should any error be discovered, we would be very grateful for information about this. An automatic order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided when ordering. If you do not receive an order confirmation the same day you placed your order, please check your email's spam filter or contact us. Promotions or price reductions can take place either directly on the product or when specifying a discount code at checkout. Our promotions and offers are valid while stocks last or even until the stated end date. If you are under 18, a guardian's permission is required to order.
Payment options
To give you security and choice, we use Shopify payments - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple & Goggle Pay and Swish.
Shopify makes it easy, flexible and secure for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you identify yourself easily and you can choose the payment option that suits you best. By completing the purchase, you confirm your identity and correct delivery address.
Delivery and Shipping Terms
As we are keen to find the best products, the delivery time may vary depending on whether the item is in our stock or provided by our suppliers. To the greatest extent possible, we package your goods together, so that you can collect everything at once.
We currently only deliver to customers in Sweden
Made-to-order and dropships
We do not stock some of our products ourselves, but are sent to you as a customer directly from our supplier. They are sent with different postal providers depending on which provider the delivery comes from, these items have special delivery information on the respective item page with an estimated delivery time.
What happens if the package is not picked up by the recipient?
If you, as a customer, do not pick up your package at the delivery point, you will have to pay for the overheads that arise in connection with this, the minimum fee for this is SEK 200.
A package NOT picked up is not the same as a canceled purchase.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance Shopping Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the day you received the item. If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us immediately at hello@pawfectdaisy.com and attach a receipt . You will receive a return address from us after you notify us that you want to use the right of withdrawal.
You have the right to carefully open the packaging and examine the product. All returned items must be sent back in the original packaging and original condition including any price tags and labels.️ The item must be carefully packed in its original packaging together with all parts such as accessories and manuals. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you as a customer are responsible for the reduced value of the goods if you handled the goods. When you choose to use the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the product and arrange shipping to our address. When returning, you are responsible for the goods reaching us.
Complaint
If you experience problems with a product and want to make use of the right of complaint, you contact us by e-mail hello@pawfectdaisy.com It may be a product that does not work due to a manufacturing defect or you received a broken product. You have the right to complain about a product that does not work due to a manufacturing defect and receive a new, equivalent, defect-free product in exchange. In the event of complaints, we are of course responsible for all costs. If a possible dispute should arise, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
